Dubai’s highly anticipated pasta hotspot, Ravioli & Co., has officially opened its doors in Burj Daman, DIFC. Redefining the paradigm of Italian cooking, the authentic trattoria is a homegrown licensed concept founded by close friends. With a shared passion for easy, yet wholesome Italian meals in the company of your beloved ones and family, they have transcended this feeling into the vibe of the new eatery.
With its rustic décor of old flooring, aged wooden tables, exposed ceiling, metal wire lights, antique accessories and an open kitchen, the restaurant exudes a quaint charm. From Italian bread such as focaccia and grissini baked in-house to fresh handmade pasta, Ravioli and Co. boast of a genuine Italian experience. What’s more, the atmosphere depicts the essence of home-style cooking at familiar neighborhood spots reminiscent of olden Italia for which the country is known and loved.
Head Chef Eros Brambilla, who hails from Northern Italy, reveals a carefully curated menu offering a plethora of made-from-scratch pasta dishes, prepared daily by an in-house sfoglina (pasta lady)- leaving an intoxicating savory scent of freshness that teases the taste buds and awakens the soul. With customer satisfaction at the heart of its foundation, simple dishes that go beyond pasta and highlight flavors of Italy are served in generous portions fit to share around the table – just like home.

You feel like you are home and that was key for founders. “We wanted our customers to feel comfortable, as though they are at home. Comfort food is not only about the dish itself, it’s the way you share it with your family and friends and create memories that last a lifetime. Italian food is not all about pasta and pizza; you can travel for an entire year from North to South and taste a different dish every day, which is what our menu aims to do; highlight every aspect of Italy. Incorporating high quality ingredients sourced directly from Italy or local produce such as zucchini, eggplant and spinach, some of the key menu items are: Ravioli Al Nero Di Seppia (black ravioli stuffed with codfish, potato, and lemon zest), Tagliatelle Al Ragu’Di Fassona (tagliatelle with fassona beef ragout), Gnocchi Alle Melanzane (eggplant gnocchi, asiago cheese, cherry tomato sauce), and Filetto Con Porcini (beef fillet with porcini sauce).
Sealing the perfect end to any meal is the indulgent lineup of classic Italian homey desserts, which include Tiramisu Con Nutella (a traditional tiramisu with a twist), Torta Paesana (traditional grandma cake with chocolate, raisins and pine nuts), Bonnet (chocolate cake with amaretto biscuits) and Millefoglie (thin layer of puff pastry with custard and fresh strawberries).

Operating daily from 12 PM to 12 AM, the restaurant seats up to 40 guests across its indoor and additional to the outdoor terrace area.
