SWAROVSKI HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN DIALS UP
With its Holiday campaign and cast, Swarovski reflects his will to empower and beautify modern women
throughout the world. Brand ambassador Karlie Kloss shines as a brilliant party host welcoming various
guests such as Naomi Campbell, Chiara Ferragni, Jourdan Dunn, Fei Fei Sun, Ruby Rose, Maye Musk,
Maggie Jiang, Daya, Boy George, Andres Velencoso, Bryanboy, Anthony Mackie, Nolan Funk, Eric
Rutherford, Nathan Owens, and Akin Akman.
Leading figure of the campaign, Kloss comments: “The
holiday season is all about bringing people together and finding ways to celebrate those who are special
to us, which is at the heart of the campaign. To that end, it was incredible to shoot with so many talented
people who are also so close to my heart. It was an amazing experience shared with Jourdan Dunn, Fei
Fei Sun, Ruby Rose and of course Naomi Campbell, who is both a mentor and friend. I’m truly grateful
to have been a part of this.”
About the message of the campaign, Jourdan Dunn elaborates “It is very important to me as a black
woman to support a campaign that embraces diversity. It shows that no matter your age, your gender
or where it is that one comes from, we can all come together and celebrate the holidays!” which Fei Fei
Sun further builds on: “Diversity is so important to me, and is something I support 100%. Being the first
Chinese model on the cover of American Vogue was such an honor for me – my family was so proud!”
Putting the season’s sparkle at the forefront, the campaign transforms Karlie’s world into a glam
crystallized wonderland, sharing joy and sparkle for all, and highlighting desirable jewelry and
accessories that will for sure be spot on gifts. Transitioning from a traditional Holiday mood into a modern
and contemporary environment, the cast is wearing some of the Holiday collection key pieces like the
must-have Swarovski Remix Collection, timelessly chic Sparkling Dance range, eye-catching Fit
chokers and necklace and the dainty Angelic line. “The shooting was memorable. The best part of my
job is being surrounded by inspiring and talented people and this was one of those times! Swarovski
gathered some of the most interesting personalities in the fashion world and it was great fun and a
pleasure to be part of this special project. You can really feel the energy and, most importantly:
everything is so sparkly!” says Ferragni.
Created by New York creative agency Laird + Partners, this season’s Swarovski campaign continues to
evolve #GiveBrilliant in the coolest possible way. Directed and photographed by Barnaby Roper, it dials
up glamour, fashion sense, and sophistication encouraging anyone to shine in their very own way.
The campaign comprises TV copy, print and digital videos to again address a wide audience, from
millennials up to anyone looking for a stylish injection of sparkle.
