Sammka Harra (Spiced Fish) – Recipe

1 tsp. chili powder
1 big onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 big potato, sliced
½ tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 MAGGI® Coriander and Garlic Mix
1) Using a sharp knife, make some strips on both sides of the fish to allow the flavor to come inside.
2) Place the fish in the provided oven safe bag. Add the MAGGI® Coriander and Garlic Mix and the remaining ingredients.
4) Place in the oven for 25 minutes.
5) Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
