The French Mediterranean restaurant has introduced over fifteen new dishes to the signature menu
Emirates Golf Club’s coveted French Mediterranean restaurant, carine has introduced a variety of new dishes to the menu, which coincides with the reopening of the stunning outdoor terrace. carine promises to always take guests on a flavor journey, offering guests great food, a buzzing ambiance and stunning views of the city.
From salads, hot and cold appetisers to mains, the recently revamped menu includes Salade de chou-fleur au fromage Manchego (Cauliflower salad with Manchego Cheese), Coquilles Saint-Jacques avec vinaigrette (Fresh scallops with clementine dressing), Tartare de boeuf (Beef tartare), Tartare de saumon fumé fait maison (Carine smoked salmon tartare), Langoustine Grillée (Grilled langoustine), Carpaccio de thon bleu (Cured Blue fin tuna carpaccio), Vivaneau à l’huile de citron et salade de fenouil (Red snapper with lemon oil and fennel salad) and more.
carine’s delectable desserts have also received a seasonal upgrade, with an indulgent selection that celebrates the cooler weather. From homemade ice creams and sorbets, to baked goods such as Pain perdu, amandes caramélisées et glace au lait (French toast with milk ice cream and caramelized almonds), Réplique de citron (Lemon curd mousse with lemon-mint yuzu compote), Pudding au riz, sauce caramel noisettes grillées et glace à la vanille (Rice pudding with vanilla ice cream, toasted hazelnuts and salted caramel sauce), Gâteau moelleux aux pommes, huile d’olive et glace à l’orge (Apple and olive oil cake with malt ice cream) and Glace caramel beurre salé surmonté de crumble (Salted caramel ice cream topped with crumble).
